Joseph Gilyard
WORTHINGTON -- Joseph N. Gilyard, 47, of Worthington, died Friday, Nov. 20, at Riverside Hospital. Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Gaines Funeral Home, 9116 Union Ave., Cleveland, with the Rev. Harry Thompson officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. The family will receive friends following the services at 19636 Chagrin Blvd. (State Route 422), Shaker Heights. Surviving are his wife, Lenore (Grier) Gilyard; children, Gabriel Gilyard of Wooster and Zachary Gilyard of Burton; his father of Wooster; his mother, Naomi Starks of Akron; brothers, Jerold Gilyard of Lima and Jacob Gilyard of St. Louis; and sisters, Jocelyn Gilyard of Columbus and Janlyn (Danny) Anthony of Virginia.
