Stu was 16 years old, a sophomore at Wooster High School. He was killed while riding home on his motorcycle on November 8, 1967, twelve days shy of his 17th birthday. No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
Stu was a true friend. He was calm, quiet, nonjudgemental, and very humble. He loved the outdoors, motorcycles, and "Kentucky Woman" by Neil Diamond. He was welcomed into many lives because of his genuine, unassuming concern for the happiness of others. He is very missed.
